Court Clerk needed for the Herkimer Town Court in Herkimer, NY. Full Time, Civil Service Exempt, Court ClerkPay rate is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus benefits based on experience.

Duties: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Reports to Town Justices.
Duties include a variety of clerical and administrative tasks related to court proceedings including, but
not limited to, review and prepare confidential court documents, calendaring and preparing court dockets and cases for court nights, collecting fines and other payments, managing filing system, entering data, responding to emails, telephone messages and in-person inquiries, request documents and information about court procedures and guidelines, preparing reports and maintaining financial record keeping.Qualifications: Two year degree in related field and one year related work experience or 3 years related
