We're looking for a Junior Designer with sharp instincts, fresh ideas, and a deep love of visual storytelling to join our team focused on Bubly Sparkling Water and our Starbucks® RTD partnership .
Responsibilities: Who You Are You're a curious and collaborative creative who: - Thinks in systems, but loves the details

- Loves storytellingin words, in visuals, in motion
- Understands how design lives across platforms: from packaging to pop culture, from decks to TikTok
- Brings positivity, perspective, and a sense of ownership
What You'll Do You'll work closely with our Design Manager and Director to concept, craft, and bring ideas to life across a range of touchpoints. This includes: - Developing and executing brand design work from concept to final delivery
- Participating in brainstorms, critiques, and work sessions
- Creating visual identities, packaging, presentations, and social content
- Sketching, storyboarding, moodboarding, and mock-ups to communicate ideas
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners and external studios
- Iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving business needs
This role is a chance to work on two high-visibility brands with room to explore, experiment, and grow. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about good ideas, good people, and making brands that matter.
Qualifications:
What You Bring - 1 month 1 year of design experience, preferably in a studio or brand-focused environment
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates concept development, typography, layout, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Bonus: interest or experience in motion, photography, or 3D
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required
> : - The expected compensation range for this role based on a full-time schedule is $62,100 - $107,000
- Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions
- Compensation for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable
