Restaurant Operations Manager — Carmine's Times Square

For decades, Carmine's has been the Times Square staple for family-style Italian food, big energy, and bigger portions. We've fed generations of locals, tourists, and theatergoers — and we're looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager who can keep that legacy running like a well-oiled machine.
If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on chaos, loves a packed dining room, and knows how to bring out the best in a team, this is your stage.
What You'll Own
- Daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, start to finish
- Hiring, training, and motivating a team that delivers Carmine's signature hospitality
- Health, safety, and sanitation compliance — no shortcuts
- Inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Strategic planning alongside senior leadership
- Guest issues, solved fast and with a smile
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing restaurant operations, ideally high-volume
- A natural ability to lead, motivate, and build strong teams
- Sharp communication and on-the-fly problem-solving skills
- A track record of hitting operational and financial targets
- Comfort with POS systems and inventory tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
