  • Read, interpret, and execute all specifications from Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), adapting as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure venues are impeccably prepared, from table layouts and buffet arrangements to ambiance and cleanliness.
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership, event planners, and vendors to guarantee seamless communication and flow.
  • Monitor event timelines, proactively solving challenges and adjusting staffing or service patterns to meet evolving needs.
  • Lead pre-event briefings to communicate client expectations, timelines, and service standards.
  • Manage inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, coordinating rentals or repairs as needed.

  • Perform any additional relevant tasks requested by management.

Education & Experience:

  • Confident, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for presentation and service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive leadership presence.
  • Curious and eager to grow within the hospitality field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable setting up, moving, and breaking down heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including dining rooms, patios, and event spaces.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks as required by daily operations.
  • Ability to maintain composure and energy during long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business levels demand.
  • Capable of using and operating standard food and beverage equipment and point-of-sale systems.

Scheduling & Travel:

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that requires schedule flexibility, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed. Occasional travel to attend company meetings, training, or off-site events may be required.
