Sales Director

Sales Director | AdTech | NYC | $140-160K Base + Double OTE

One of the hottest scale-ups in programmatic advertising is hiring a Sales Director to lead new business growth across agency and advertiser partners in the US market.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth AdTech company at a pivotal stage, with real influence over go-to-market strategy and a seat at the table with leadership.

The Role:

• Drive net-new business and revenue across agency holding companies and advertisers
• Build, manage, and close a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation
• Partner directly with leadership on go-to-market initiatives
• Represent the business across the agency and programmatic ecosystem
• 3 days in office (NYC)

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of media, adtech, programmatic, publisher, or measurement sales experience
• Existing relationships within GroupM and/or Dentsu strongly preferred
• Proven track record of new business generation
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
• Experience selling into agencies and agency holding companies
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Compensation:
$140,000 to $160,000 base, with double OTE.

Bonus Points For:

• PMP or publisher sales background
• Measurement or analytics platform experience
• Experience at a smaller, high-growth organization
