We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or residential real estate transactions, contract negotiation, title review, leasing matters, and real estate development.

*Responsibilities*

* Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents.
* Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
* Advise clients on zoning, land use, development, and regulatory compliance matters.
* Represent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and closings.
* Coordinate with lenders, title companies, developers, brokers, and government agencies.

*Qualifications*

* uris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in [State].
* [3–10+] years of real estate law experience preferred.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Experience handling commercial real estate transactions is highly desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
