Experienced Tree Climber & Bucket Truck Operator Needed for Tree & Snow Removal Company!

Full-Time, Opportunity for Overtime Hours

New England Property Maintenance, Inc. is looking for an experienced Tree Climber and Bucket Truck Operator to join our team! We are a reputable tree company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. We have a great customer base with lots of big jobs that you can brag to your family and friends about. The majority of our work is Town, County, and State jobs in Putnam, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange and Rockland Counties, which means prevailing wage pay (rate set to increase to $47.46 as of 1/4/2026). Working full-time, that means your gross earning potential for 2026 is over $98,000/year before any overtime/holiday pay. Retirement plan available - details open for discussion.

You must be a hardworking, reliable, team player with demonstrated experience in using chainsaws, operating machinery, driving trucks/trailers, running aerial equipment (Bucket Truck Operators), and utilizing climbing and rigging techniques (Tree Climbers).

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver’s license,
- Must have reliable transportation to/from business location
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., and
- Must be able to provide a list of references that we can call to verify your experience as a Tree Climber and/or Bucket Truck Operator.

Having your OSHA-10 certification completed already is a plus! Note: Climbers must have their own climbing gear.
