Maitre D
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Maître d’ to lead the front-of-house experience at our intimate, chef-driven restaurant . This role is essential in shaping the guest journey—from the first greeting to the final farewell—while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and precision. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, delivering a warm, polished, and personalized welcome
Manage reservations, pacing, and kitchen flow
Oversee front-of-house service standards, ensuring seamless coordination between service staff and culinary team
Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with grace and professionalism
Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically to ensure an exceptional dining experience
Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, dietary accommodations, and beverage offerings
Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, atmosphere, and service philosophy at all times
Minimum 2–3 years of Maître d’ or senior front-of-house experience in fine dining or tasting menus.
Deep understanding of luxury hospitality, refined service etiquette, and guest engagement
Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to remain calm, polished, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Professional demeanor, impeccable presentation, and natural leadership presence
Experience with reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable, Tock, or similar) preferred
