AM Barista

The Role:

The Barista will be responsible for providing a prompt and pleasant coffee experience at Sartiano’s and the Mercer Hotel. Must be able to work 6am-2pm shifts

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum 1-year experience
• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos, their programming, and peak times
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver exceptional face to face service with guests, assisting in all purchases and inquiries
• Ensure all counters, surfaces, and seating areas comply with company standards and health regulations.
