Position Summary
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and working closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.

ResponsibilitiesGuest Hospitality
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through our menu and provide recommendations
- Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders using the Toast POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Restaurant Operations
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Assist with food running, table maintenance, packaging takeout orders, and supporting team members during busy periods
- Restock supplies and prepare stations for service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Teamwork & Growth
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Participate in opening and closing duties
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Take initiative and contribute to a strong team culture
- Continuously develop restaurant and hospitality skills
QualificationsPreferred Experience
Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience.
Experience using Toast or other POS systems.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
