Location: Saratoga Springs, NY (on-site, no remote option)

Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00A-2:45P

Job Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

• Plans and implements student-centered, evidenced-based instructional practices that build on student assets and is culturally responsive to promote the development of the whole child;

• Provides specially designed instruction and interventions for students' academic, social, emotional and behavioral needs;

• Collaborates with team members including related service providers and classroom staff to develop, implement and monitor IEP accommodations, modifications, supports and goals;

• Plans classroom instruction through adapting methods, materials and technology to meet students' individual needs and abilities;

• Utilizes classroom management strategies and positive behavior interventions and
  
  supports to promote student growth in self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making ;

• Evaluates and reports on students' progress at designated intervals according to school procedures;

• Operates under school policies, procedures, and regulations;

• Participates in the development of curriculum and programs, including school-wide activities and program debriefs;

• Participates in collaborative problem-solving and planning with colleagues;

• Serves as case manager for assigned students;

• Collaborates with families, outside providers and CSE

• Other duties as assigned.
