Position Title: Utility Locator Corning Job ID: 2026-R268 Location: Corning, NY Posting Type: Full time What Youll DoYoull locate underground utilities before digging projects begin. Using maps and equipment, youll mark where utilities are to keep crews safe and prevent damage.This is a field-based roleyoull be working outdoors and driving daily.Pay & Benefits * $22 hour and UP (based on experience) * Automatic hourly increase of $.50 after 60 days of employment and then $.50 after 180 days of employment. * Company vehicle * Paid training * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid holidays & vacationSchedule * Full-time, MondayFriday * Overtime and occasional weekends as neededWhat Your Day Looks Like * Drive to job sites (50200+ miles/day) * Use maps and equipment to locate underground utilities * Mark locations with paint/flags * Communicate findings to crews * Handle emergency calls (rotating schedule, if applicable)Requirements (Must-Have) * Valid drivers license with NO restrictions * Comfortable driving long distances daily * Able to work outdoors in all weather * Able to walk 46 miles daily and lift up to 50 lbs * Basic computer skills * Willing to work overtime Equal Opportunity EmployerSparus Holdings is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
