About the Opportunity

A growing supplier in the building materials space is hiring a full-time Account Service Representative (ASR) to join their customer support team. This position plays a critical role in entering orders, responding to customer inquiries, sourcing product solutions, and ensuring service accuracy and satisfaction.

This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on customer satisfaction, and has exceptional organizational skills. The role is based in-office MondayFriday, with occasional Saturday half-days.

What Youll Do

• Accurately enter orders received via email, phone, and fax
• Follow up on quotes and customer communications
• Purchase non-stock items through approved vendor network
• Collaborate across teams to ensure product and service accuracy
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and colleagues
• Support other administrative and service-related duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 13 years of experience in building materials, building supply, or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and technical aptitude
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
• Energetic, reliable, and personable team player
