Deli Associate
Regina’s Grocery is looking for people who move with energy, care about quality, and understand hospitality beyond just taking an order. We’re an Italian-American sandwich shop built on family recipes, New York culture, and doing things the right way every single time.
This is a fast-paced environment where food, music, style, and community all come together. We’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, work clean, stay sharp under pressure, and treat guests like family.
Responsibilities- Prepare sandwiches and menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain speed and organization during busy lunch rushes
- Provide friendly, genuine customer service
- Work the register and handle online orders
- Restock ingredients and keep stations clean and ready
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the team wherever needed throughout the shift
- Help maintain the energy and culture of the shop
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- NYC hospitality or food experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
- Someone who understands that hospitality is about making people feel good
