We are actively seeking a highly motivated person to assist the firm’s teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as point of contact for staff and external clients
• Sending out specs and documents
• Conducting bid reviews
• Scheduling meetings and site visits
• Updating in-house data management system
• Corresponding with clients and contractors
• Entering data and formatting documents
• Assisting team members as needed, aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly.

Job Requirements:
• Punctual
• Proper office presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like copier, printer, fax machine, etc.
• Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• High School Diploma required. 2 years of college preferred.

Salary requirement: $50K to $60K
