Chief Growth agent/Real Estate Leader

They also supervise the day to day operations of the Market Center, and lead the leadership abilities team on site.

They are a problem solver, business consultant, a highly assertive, passionate, people-oriented individual who thrives on fast paced, high energy, high standard environments.

Essential tasks and responsibilities:
» Recruit real estate sales associates and attract talent
» supervise recruiting systems of sales associates with a focus on top producers
» Share Brokerage value story with recruits, leadership abilities and associates
» Master Keller Williams systems, models and technology to supervise the implementation of a world class training calendar and opportunity map for the growth and development of sales associates in key areas of business
» Lead sales and business meetings, trainings and masterminds
» Coach and consult with associates and business owners
Quoted income Range is base plus bonus potential
Type of employment: Full-time
income: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 for first year
