What You'll Do

As a Landscape Architect on our team, you'll take part in every phase of the design and planning process. Your work will blend creativity, technical expertise, and hands-on problem-solving. In this role, you will:

• Conduct site inventory and analysis both in the field and the office

• Lead feasibility studies and master planning efforts

• Design site layouts, grading plans, lighting concepts, and landscape plans

• Produce compelling visual analyses, photo simulations, and 3D renderings

• Manage tasks and project workflows to meet deadlines and deliverables

• Prepare and coordinate municipal board applications and permitting materials

• Present design ideas and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Participate in construction administration, including site visits and observations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS

• (Bonus!) Registered/Professional Landscape Architect

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
