Vision Job Details Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level legal and administrative support to our legal team.
- Schedule and coordinate hearings and depositions, ensuring all parties are properly notified and prepared.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Manage case files, maintaining organization and accessibility for the legal team.
- Liaise with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Demonstrated experience with liability and general liability.
- Familiarity with Delaware courts and legal procedures.
- Proven ability to schedule hearings and depositions.
- Experience in drafting legal documents.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
