Job Summary: Lynbrook, New York Physical Therapist (Outpatient). The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation services in a modern outpatient setting. Responsibilities include delivering care to both post-operative and non-post-operative caseloads using Clinicient, with an alternating split-shift schedule. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Alternating split shifts from 07:00 AM03:30 PM and 11:00 AM7:00 PM, MondayFriday, with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks; 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: NYS Physical Therapist License and Registration; outpatient orthopedic experience (1+ years).
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of outpatient orthopedics experience; interest in temp-to-perm.
• Additional Information: Outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation; diverse patient population; approximately 12 patients per day; equal distribution of post-operative and non-post-operative patient caseload; use of Clinicient; possible float if emergency coverage is needed; polo shirt provided with business casual pants and shoes.
