Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions’ client, located in Wappingers Falls, NY, is seeking a Field Technician for Air Quality Monitoring. practice in other trades, environmental work, HVAC, comfort in construction settings and any building expertise are all a plus.


Our client will pay to have you certified to complete the work which requires you to go to construction sites and test the air quality.


everyday job tasks may include:

»Monitoring to supervise the conduct of asbestos abatement and mold and lead remediation projects

»Collecting air samples

»Reviewing compliance of work

»Take diligent notes and records


General Requirements:

»High School diploma

»Basic Math and Science expertise

» capability to use hand tools/power tools

»Construction expertise

» capability to read and write in English

»Reliable car for transportation during the entire work day that can transport work tools

»Work sites range from Rockland/Westchester Counties all the way to Greene, Sullivan and Columbia Counties - mileage reimbursed

»You like to spend time in the great outdoors – you will be required to work outside for extended periods of your shift

»You like small places – air samples will be taken in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and boiler rooms

»You’re not afraid of heights – you will find yourself climbing ladders and scaffolding and working on elevated surfaces.



You must have your own vehicle and valid drivers license. All employees must pass a pre-employment physical.


This is a full time, first shift position. Some nights and weekends may be required. Work locations may vary, but mileage will be reimbursed.
