Dishwasher
Dishwasher — Comal
Comal is seeking a reliable, hardworking dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This is a key back-of-house role that keeps our service running smoothly and our kitchen clean, organized, and up to standard.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by hand and using the dish machine
- Keep the dish area, floors, and workstations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout service
- Empty trash and recycling and break down boxes as needed
- Restock clean dishes and supplies for the kitchen and service staff
- Assist with basic prep and other tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous dish or kitchen experience a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
