Job Coach - Temporary Summer Position
NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED VACANCY
JOB COACH- TEMPORARY SUMMER POSITION
The Warren County Department of Workforce Development is seeking qualified candidates for the temporary position of Job Coach. The Job Coach is responsible for developing job readiness skills and providing employment opportunities for youth via the Summer Youth Employment Program. In addition, the employee coordinates the youth/employer relationship and visits the worksites of youth to support progress of youth placements. Work is performed under the general supervision of a supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and either:
- 30 credits or more of post high school coursework; or
- One year of experience in the field of education, staff counselor services or related field; or
- An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).
