Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base + bonus

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, in-person role supporting the CEO directly. You will act as the CEO’s right hand—managing daily priorities, coordinating closely with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution across the business. This role is highly hands-on, encompassing calendar and travel management, meeting scheduling, vendor coordination, event planning, and overall day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and travel
• Coordinate across underwriting, sales, and operations teams
• Track deal flow, funding timelines, and documentation
• Liaise with ISOs, partners, investors, and internal teams
• Organize meetings, events, and internal initiatives
• Handle confidential financial and corporate information
• Streamline internal processes and keep teams aligned
• Ensure CEO stays focused on high-impact, revenue-driving activity
• Preferred: Experience managing expenses, including budgeting, tracking payments, bills, and company expenses, with familiarity in tools such as QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Executive Assistant experience (CEO-level preferred)
• MCA or finance experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized, fast-paced, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High discretion and professionalism
