NOW HIRING: WELDER – FULL-TIME POSITION

Join a dedicated team of professionals in a hands-on welding role where quality, safety, and collaboration matter.

Position: Welder
Department: Production
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime as needed
Reports To: Welding Supervisor
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Location: [Insert City/State or "Local Facility"]

What You’ll Do:

• Perform various welding processes (GMAW, FCAW) to create high-quality products

• Set up jigs, fixtures, and safely operate welding equipment

• Read and interpret weld prints and use shop math

• Use torches and plasma cutters for steel cutting

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes

• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement

• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines

• Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs, mechanical assistance available)

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment

• Skilled in GMAW and FCAW processes

• Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math

• Experience using overhead cranes and hoists

• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must pass a welder qualification test to AWS D1.1 standards

Work Environment:

• Industrial manufacturing setting with occasional temperature and noise variations

• Full physical mobility required, with accommodations available as needed
