Warehouse Supervisor- 3rd Shift

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee 3rd shift operations within a high-volume distribution environment specializing in large consumer products. This is a working leadership role where you’ll be actively involved on the floor, operating equipment, supporting your team, and ensuring nightly operations run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading from the front, and has experience managing the movement of large, bulky inventory.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 5 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to support workflow and maintain productivity
• Lead from the floor by working alongside associates and setting the pace for the team
• Manage shift scheduling, labor allocation, and workload balancing to meet daily targets
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of large, heavy, and high-value products
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipping performance
• Train, coach, and develop team members, including new hires and cross-training staff
• Enforce all safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Communicate effectively with upper management and other shifts to ensure continuity
