Pastry Cook
The Dinex Group, restaurant group for Chef Daniel Boulud is currently looking for a passionate & driven Pastry Cook to join the team at our 1 Michelin rated seafood & vegetable forward oasis in the heart of Midtown, Le Pavillon.. The Pastry Cook will need to have a full knowledge of the pastry menu as well as general pastry techniques including the principles and formulas concerning starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs and flavorings. They must also have the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment. The position requires a minimum of 1 year pastry experience. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
