Staff Associate

Position Details As part of the Clinical Administration team, you will report to the Senior Staff Associate. You will will be supporting a team of clinicians providing administrative functions. Additionally, you will promote communication between clinicians and their patients and families. This is a non-exempt, full-time hybrid fully on-site position located in our NYC headquarters office or other relevant location. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. You Will- Provide a high-quality patient experience for families receiving care at Child MindInstitute.
- Manage clinicians' calendars ensuring efficiency of clinical time and scheduleappointments in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Facilitate the flow of phone and email communication between clinicians and patients.
- Collect initial patient information, perform intakes and coordinate services.
- Check in patient appointments and process daily billing through the EMR system.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and strictly protect personal health information.
- Provide support coverage for additional team members as needed.

Pay Range The salary range for the position is posted.
