Server
Location: Restaurant Row, Manhattan (West 46th Street)
Jazzcultural is looking for an energetic, professional server to join our team. We are a neighborhood café, bar, and live jazz venue dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and food
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and make recommendations
- Process payments using our POS system
- Keep dining and bar areas clean and organized throughout service
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips
