Full-Time Administrative & Operations Assistant
About the Role:
Innovation Shades is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily operations and internal coordination as we restructure and scale the business. This is a full-time, on-site role based in NYC, ideal for someone early in their career looking to build long-term experience inside a fast-moving small business.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones with professionalism and warmth
- Manage files, packages, and calendars
- Support team logistics and technician coordination
- Handle admin tasks (digital and physical)
- Run errands (e.g., post office, supplies)
- Help with occasional personal admin tasks
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
- Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks with accuracy and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English, well-spoken and reliable
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Acrobat, and QuickBooks
- Clear communicator and independent thinker
- Willing to pitch in and take ownership
- Understands this is a foundational, entry-level position with potential for growth
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (data entry, categorization, basic reconciliation)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
