Guidance Consultant (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage) - Remote

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate telephonic support, conducting clinical intakes and connecting clients with appropriate resources, such as therapists or counselors.
Offer remote crisis stabilization to clients in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly assess situations, identify resources, and ensure a positive client experience.
Educate clients about available resources, eligibility requirements, and services with a positive and professional demeanor.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all cases within our secure database.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
What You'll Bring:

A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
A positive, professional, and energetic approach, along with demonstrated multitasking and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in clinical assessment in the areas of mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization.
A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace free from distractions.
