IT Asset Management Associate

A leading healthcare organization is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with inventory management operations at its facility in Tarrytown, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter alpha-numeric data into company databases and inventory systems.
- Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory tracking and reporting requirements.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams preferred.
- Prior experience working with databases or inventory management systems and ticketing systems
- Prior knowledge working in an IT support function
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
