Seeking a reliable, organized Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities include supporting the executive chef with daily operations, lead and mentor the team during service, maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation. Assist with ordering and inventory and prep management.

Previous Sous Chef experience required, looking for a strong leader with good communication skill who can keep calm under pressure. Reliable, professional and team-oriented with a passion for modern food.
