Customer Support Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our retail team. In this Customer Support Associate role, you will be the face of our brand, fostering strong customer relationships and offering tailored wireless solutions to meet each individual’s needs in a retail setting. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

- Offer guidance on a range of wireless services, ensuring customers make informed and confident decisions.
- Drive new customer acquisition by meeting and surpassing sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the retail team.

- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and new service offerings, so you can provide the most accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience and achieve team goals.
- Accurately track customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions, providing regular performance updates to management.
Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus.

- Demonstrated sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
