What will you do?

• Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving queries efficiently
• Perform data entry and navigate various software programs

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate proficiency in English
• Experience in customer support preferred
• Technical support knowledge is a plus
• Positive, flexible attitude and team-oriented
• Able to remain calm and solution-focused with frustrated customers
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
