Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting.
- BLS certification (required).
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
