AFTERNOON HOURS ONLY (please do not apply if you want a morning job)
What You’ll Do:
Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and report behavior data accurately
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and partner with families to support
treatment goals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
RBT certification preferred (but we’ll support the right BT candidate through the
process)
Strong communication and time management skills
Compassion, patience, and a willingness to learn
