We are looking to add a Real Estate Special Counsel to the team at our New York office - this is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions alongside a market-leading team withing a dynamic, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in real estate finance, with a focus on representing both borrowers and lenders
Proven track record handling acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
- PREFERRED: A strong academic record and prior training at a leading law firm
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Base Salary range: $390,000 - $435,000
