Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Analyst, Capital Planning & Debt Strategy to support our healthcare client with capital budgeting, planning, and debt-related financial activities. This role will support the annual capital budgeting process, maintain and optimize the capital planning system (Strata), track committed and uncommitted capital expenses, and provide analysis to support financial and strategic decision-making. The analyst will assist with debt compliance, new debt issuance support, and prepare quarterly and annual EMMA and MTI reports, while partnering with Finance stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

5 years of experience in financial analysis/budgeting/planning

Strong expertise in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once Experience with capital planning or debt-related finance work

Exposure to financial planning systems/tools (Strata, Workday)

Experience working within healthcare
