Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with digital design, physical design, layout, product engineering, system engineering, test, validation and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability.
  • Represent the analog design function in customer engagements, cross‑site initiatives, and corporate engineering forums.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align design strategies with broader business and technology goals.

Operational & Financial Accountability

  • Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, quality, and innovation through effective change management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PhD is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in analog/mixed‑signal IC design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful tape‑outs and product launches in Analog Design.
  • Deep expertise in analog design fundamentals and power management circuits, including state‑of‑the‑art software engineering tools.
  • Experience in automotive‑grade IC development and IATF and/or ISO compliance is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing cross‑cultural teams and working in a global matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
