Clinical Team Leader, STP

Position Details As part of the ADHD and Behavior Disorders Center Summer Program team, you will report to Director Summer Program. You will serve as Clinical Team Leaders for our four-week Summer Program, supporting children with ADHD, ODD, and related behavioral and learning challenges. You will be trained in evidence-based behavior management strategies and help children engage in program activities and build pro-social skills. You must be available for all required training, preparation sessions, and for the full duration of the program. This is a non-exempt, on-site position at the Allen-Stevenson School and the Child Mind Institute's NYC headquarters. Please review all dates below. Trainings : 9.00am - 5.00pm- Monday, June 22nd

- Lead a team of 7–10 counselors in delivering the Summer Program intervention with fidelity, providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with fellow Clinical Team Leaders and senior clinical staff to maintain consistency in behavioral protocols and program activities.
- Use evidence-based, positive behavior management strategies to support children across structured and unstructured activities, including transitions and daily routines.
- Assist senior clinical staff during counselor training and ensure counselors understand and apply program procedures.
- Support counselors in implementing individualized behavior plans, track participant progress, and document behavioral observations.
- Lead social skills didactics, morning meetings, and other skill-building sessions for children.
- Review treatment records and participate in daily clinical supervision to refine treatment goals and maximize program outcomes.
- Communicate with parents, under the guidance of senior staff, to support coordination of care.
- Prepare end-of-program reports summarizing participant progress and treatment gains.
- Graduate-level study in psychology, counseling, social work, education/special education, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working or volunteering with children or adolescents in clinical, educational, recreational, or behavioral programs.
- Ability to use standard office and program documentation systems.
