TES Staffing is hiring enthusiastic Food Service Crew Members for the upcoming Fall 2025 Semester at one of the largest organizations in Rochester, NY. As a member of the campus dining team, you'll assist in the preparation of meals and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly. You’ll rotate between cooking, prepping food, serving, and dishwashing, allowing the opportunity to experience all areas of campus dining. This position comes with excellent benefits upon permanent hire!

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour - Paid weekly
Scheduling is per diem and flexible, including on call if desired. Full time and part time available. Slated to start in August 2025.

Responsibilities of this position:

• Follow food safety and sanitation
• Serve and replenish food for students
• Scratch cooking and reading basic recipes
• Assisting in dish room, clearing tables and lobby
• Deep cleaning projects as needed
• Customer service, assisting students with dietary needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent food industry experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Team player and self-motivated
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
• ServSafe certification not required
