What We’re Looking For:• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Basic knife, prep skills and maintain cleaned stations
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Experience on grill stations is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail What You’ll Do:
• Prep ingredients to spec and assist in daily mise en place
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Support the chef in daily kitchen operations
