Full Stack Engineer

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in New York, NY! This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate user-facing tools that deliver measurable workflow gains for CRE use cases.
- Interface with external LLM models (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic); manage prompt templates, Custom GPTs, context windows, function/tool calling, streaming, and cost controls.
- Develop libraries and APIs to support consistent, reusable patterns across user-facing tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and rapidly prototype ideas.
- Structure data effectively to optimize retrieval, processing, and analysis across various AI tools and workflows.
- Deliver products tailored to varying levels of technical sophistication among end users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Operations Research, or similar field.
- 5+ years’ experience in full-stack engineering.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Familiarity with standard infra tools (Docker, Snowflake, Grafana).
- Excellent communication skills and a user-first mentality.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and handling prompt design, token/latency/cost trade-offs, and structured outputs (function/tool calling).
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $85.00/hr
