Marketing Coordinator Luxury Beauty

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a dynamic beauty brand. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing operations. You will play a key role in managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and supporting campaign execution, while gaining exposure to the behind-the-scenes processes of luxury beauty marketing.### The Basics * Duration: 12 months * Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week * Location: Hybrid - Onsite in NYC office 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week### Top 3 Required Qualifications 1. Strong organizational and administrative skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 2. Experience with budget tracking and purchase order systems or willingness to learn quickly 3. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors### Other Qualifications * High attention to detail and ability to streamline complex processes * Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work independently * Interest in beauty and luxury brands * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities * Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign coordination is a plus### Key Responsibilities * Own budget tracker, process PO's, invoices and manage communication with internal and external partners and vendors. * Onboard new vendors * Create all product orders, manage shipments, and communicate timelines to internal and external partners. * Manage inventory of the team product closet for all mailers and events. * Create, organize, and maintain internal team storage hub of all documents. * Track all project timelines in team dashboard, communicating timelines and updates to all key stakeholders. * Oversee, manage, and communicate updates across internal reporting systems. * Create vendor briefs for product launch campaigns. * Identify and vet potential Influencer talent for product mailers. * Own reporting, recapping and occasionally strategy slides for team presentations.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
