About the role

As Teleskope’s Director, Product , you’ll be a hands‑on leader responsible for defining and evolving Teleskope’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will partner with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to create alignment around company‑wide product goals, and deliver high quality products to our customers.

What you’ll do

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve Teleskope’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Translate high-level company objectives into a clear and actionable roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between engineering, product, data science, and business teams, ensuring alignment and execution on product initiatives.
• Customer Insights: Partner with customer‑facing teams and product design to understand customer pain points and inform product decisions and requirements.
• Market Understanding: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy and ensure Teleskope stays ahead.
• Team Management: Lead and scale Teleskope’s product team.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a product leadership role.
• Strong strategic and operational mindset—you think big but execute pragmatically.
• Analytical depth with the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.
• Technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working closely with sales, customer success, and support teams to integrate customer needs into product decisions.
• A clear point-of-view on the tools and processes needed to build a structured, efficient product development practice, driven by past experience and best practices.
• Must be based in NYC (we work hybrid, in-office a minimum of Tue/Wed/Thu).
