Coordinator, Global Creative & Production
· Ingesting content and entering assets into IPV and related systems
· Assist with special projects as directed including Control Room/Script PA for shoots, Gala support, and other projects
· Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills associated with the work of the department such as fundamental budgeting, etc.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
· 1 - 2 years of experience in television, film, digital media, or entertainment production in a coordination, production assistant, or administrative support role
· Demonstrated experience supporting creative and production teams, including writers, producers, and/or executives in a fast-paced production environment
· Ability to manage complex scheduling for meetings, talent, production timelines, and multi-team workflows
· Working knowledge of production workflows, including development, pre-production, and live-action shoots
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to track multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously
· Proficiency with standard office and production tools, including Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, Frame.io and shared drives or asset-management systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities
Sesame Workshop's Hybrid Schedule Policy:
This position is based at our headquarters office in New York (Manhattan) at 1900 Broadway, New York, NY, and follows a hybrid work model. In-office requirements vary by role and employee group, and currently range from two to five designated in-office days per week.
