Window Final Measure Associate
- Conduct final measurements at customer homes, ensuring accuracy and clear documentation.
- Review project contracts to determine scope and verify all install details.
- Upload required photos and complete FM paperwork to the ERP system within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Serve as the project manager for the jobs you final measure, taking ownership of the project from final measure through to job completion. Ensure all tasks progress through the pipeline, including any follow-up, adjustments, and coordination needed to bring the job to a successful close.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and installation teams to resolve discrepancies or initiate change orders as needed.
- Provide clear, installer-ready scopes of work and identify any specialty materials or non-standard components.
- Support field crews with technical assistance and job site visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments, customer communications, and installation requirements.
- Contribute to company installation standards and continuous improvement efforts.
- Travel between markets (Buffalo, Rochester, CNY) to provide support and coverage as needed.
- Missed Measure (MM) Rate: Maintain fewer than 1% MM per quarter
- Valid NYS Driver’s License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home improvement, carpentry, installation, or field technical work
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps and ERP systems
- Physically able to conduct in-field measurements and climb ladders
- Team player with a solution-focused attitude
- Willing to travel and support all market territories as assigned
- $60,000-$80,000 per year, with performance-based bonus opportunities.
- 8-hour shifts | Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday mornings (as needed for OT or coverage)
