Pay Rate: $18.85 $28.16/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Must be open to a rotating weekend schedule

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and facility systems. You'll play a key role in preventing downtime, ensuring safe operations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery issues

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and support improvement projects

• Respond to urgent repair needs promptly and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist with part ordering

• Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with 6S and safety standards

• Assist with general facility and grounds maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 5 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience preferred

  • OR a technical A.A.S. degree in a related field

• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and industrial equipment

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, stay organized, and work independently

• Must be comfortable working around noise, dust, and moving machinery

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

Work Environment:

• Full manufacturing setting

• Physical work near machinery

• Use of PPE (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection) required

• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
