**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our Branding & Marketing Team,

which includes a Web Developer and a Branding Ambassador (Social Media & Content

Specialist). This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, someone who can

enhance our online presence and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a strong social media strategy that aligns with branding and

marketing goals.

 Oversee the Branding Ambassador and Web Developer to ensure cohesive

branding and content strategies.

 Create visually appealing content using Canva for social media, flyers,

presentations, and marketing materials.

 Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook,

and TikTok (static posts, reels, and stories).

 Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an interactive

online community.

 Collaborate with the team to create innovative branding campaigns and maintain

brand consistency.

 Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.

 Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters using platforms like

Mailchimp.

 Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely content delivery.

Required Skills:

 Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate to Advanced).

 Strong branding, marketing, and content strategy knowledge.

 Excellent time management and organizational skills.

 Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and

analytics.

 Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

 Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and guide the team

effectively.
