Pay: $18–$24/hr + tips
Copperleaf Bakery is seeking experienced baristas and counter professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in quality, consistency, and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years experience in a high-volume café or specialty coffee environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with early mornings, weekends, and busy service
• Experience with espresso preparation and POS systems preferred
What You’ll Do
• Prepare espresso drinks with consistency and speed
• Provide warm, attentive customer service
• Take orders and process transactions accurately
• Handle pastry and cake orders
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
• Support smooth service during busy periods
